My 3rd baby, Umar Fateh, recently turned 9. Nine years! Where did the time go? It feels like just yesterday I was cradling him in my arms, a tiny, squishy bundle of joy. Now he's this boisterous, independent little man with opinions on everything from his favorite superhero (it changes daily, of course!) to the best flavor of ice cream (always vanilla, apparently).

Turning 9 is a big deal. It's a milestone. A stepping stone. A tiny human, inching closer and closer to adulthood. It makes me both incredibly proud and a little bit sad. Proud of the amazing little person he's becoming, and sad because I know these years will fly by faster than I can blink.

I wish him all the happiness in the world. I pray that he always follows his heart and chases his dreams, even when things get tough. I want him to be kind, compassionate, and always remember where he came from.

Most importantly, I want him to know how much he is loved. Loved by his family, his friends, and most importantly, by me, his Ibu.

Happy 9th Birthday, my dearest Fateh. May this year be filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable adventures.
