New Chapter_Revised02: New Job, again.

It’s been a whirlwind of a few months, filled with both challenges and incredible opportunities. I’m excited to share my journey with you and hopefully inspire those who might be going through similar experiences.

A Toxic Workplace and a Much-Needed Escape
If you’ve been following my journey, you know I was in a pretty toxic work environment. It was draining, demoralizing, and honestly, just not healthy. Every day felt like a battle, and I was constantly stressed and anxious. I knew I had to make a change, and I knew it was time to prioritize my mental and physical health.

A Glimpse of Hope: A New Opportunity
Just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse, a glimmer of hope appeared. I landed a job as a trainer/consultant at a top-tier medical device company in the US. It was a dream come true, a chance to work with brilliant minds and contribute to something meaningful. I was excited, motivated, and ready to embrace this new chapter.

I will miss you guy.

A Twist of Fate: A Higher Calling
But life had other plans. After just a month in my new role, I received another job offer from a renowned hospital. The position was more senior, with a higher salary, and it presented a unique opportunity to work on international projects.

While I was excited about the new challenge, leaving my previous job was bittersweet. I had formed genuine connections with my colleagues and truly enjoyed the work. However, I knew this was the right decision for my career and personal growth.

The Emotional Toll of Leaving
Leaving a job, especially one that you genuinely care about, can be emotionally taxing. I felt a mix of excitement and sadness. I was grateful for the opportunity to work with such amazing people, but I also knew that I was making the right choice for my future.

Lessons Learned and Moving Forward
This experience has taught me a lot about resilience, adaptability, and the importance of prioritizing my well-being. I’ve learned to trust my instincts and to not be afraid to take risks. I’ve also realized that sometimes, the best way to move forward is to let go of the past.

What's next?
I'm still figuring things out, but I'm excited to see where this new journey takes me. I'll be sure to share more updates as I navigate the challenges and celebrate the successes. To anyone who’s going through a similar experience, I want to say this: it’s okay to feel overwhelmed, scared, and uncertain. But remember, every challenge is an opportunity for growth. Stay positive, keep your head up, and never give up on your dreams.

Until next time, peace out :)

P.S. I’m grateful for the support and encouragement I’ve received from my kids, my kesayangan, and colleagues. Alhamdulillah.
