More Than Just a House 🪧 Sale: A Day of Fun 🎈, Food 🍧, and Friends at Juicy Zootopia ☀️🌳

Last weekend, my boys and I decided to check out the🍹Juicy Zootopia event at Meridin East. We'd heard about it from a friend and figured it would be a fun way to spend a day outdoors. And boy, were we right.😎

The event was packed with activities for the whole family. There was a petting zoo, art activities for kids (and parents!), and even a free ice cream stand. My boys were especially excited about the petting zoo 🦔. They loved getting up close and personal with the animals, including alpacas 🦙, horses, snakes 🐍, lizards, iguanas, and all sorts of birds 🐦. They were even brave enough to hold a snake. 

While the kids were busy having a blast, I couldn't help but check out the beautiful new two-story terrace houses on display at Meridin East 🏡. They were super spacious and modern, and I could totally see our family living there. The best part? Special Bumiputera packages that made them even more affordable! Mahsing Group really outdid themselves with Meridin East; the whole development is so well-planned with everything a family could need. 🥰

But what truly impressed me was the gorgeous landscaping and the overall vibe of the community. It felt peaceful 🧘🏻‍♀️ and serene, with a beautiful 🚣🏻 Mulberry Lake surrounded by lush greenery. There's even a 2.5km jogging path 🏃🏻 perfect for family walks or runs. Plus, they're planning 🏗️ even more double-story and semi-d houses near the lake in the future - sounds like the perfect place to raise a family kan? 🪁🧸

Imagine raising your kids in a place like this 🖼️. They'll have plenty of space to run around and play, and they'll be surrounded by nature. It's the perfect environment for a growing family.

I want one! I mean, who wouldn't want to live in a place like that?🌞

But let's be real, I'm not a T20 💰. Owning a house is already a big deal, and getting another would basically turn me into a workaholic kerja sampai liang lahad. 🪦 Pengsan! Or maybe I could sell my current houses and buy one here. Kidding. But a girl woman can dream, right? Besides, raising four boys on a single income is no joke. Gotta save for their education of future, of course.

The real highlight of the day was meeting Shida, a fellow parent from my kids' class. Her son, Affan, is in the same class as my son, Fateh. It was great to finally meet her in person and chat about our kids and families.

Shida and I had been texting for a while before I met her last week. We first connected when I was having trouble picking up Fateh from school and Shida offered to help (thanks Shida!). We've been chatting about everything under the sun ever since. It's great to have a new friend to talk to and share experiences with, especially since we're both parents. It's comforting to know that I'm not alone in the challenges of raising children.

As they say, "It takes a village to raise a child,". Having a strong support system can make a huge difference in parenting.

Overall, Juicy Zootopia was a blast. It was a great way to spend a day with my family and make some new friends. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the kids had a fantastic time. If you're in the market for a new home, be sure to check out Meridin East. You won't be disappointed.
